Our company, UPconsulting has 2 activities.
We offer hot air balloon flights (UP) and we offer IT cloud consulting services (consulting). Our mission is to get our customers to a higher level.

We are looking for a new logo for our company with 3 goals

1. Normal size for use on website and flyer to promote hot air balloon commercial flights

2. Extended size for use on hot air balloon trailer/car.

3. Reduced size for use on IT consulting services invoices, reports and other documents

The normal size and extended size should show joy, happiness, holiday, fun, adventure and a balloon.
The reduced size should show professionalism, serenity, digital, innovation

A recommendation about font which fits best with the logo is nice to have.
