Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo design for a new organic store located in switzerland. The name is "Bio Ohne", that's translated like organic without anything around it (Free of packing). I sell products like cereals, oil's spices and flour, etc. . Because of the pollution with plastic particles in our seas, I want to do a small part to avoid that. So they can only buy products with their own bins. For the customers there is not only the ecological matter, because I purchase my products only in large quantities there is as low waste as possible in packaging. I keep an eye on designs with respect to our nature with decent colors. Also the letters (font) should be natural themed. The topic unpacked could be included in the art design, but its not required.
