Logo Design Brief

I am creating a ficticous sailing association, comprised of 5 sailing clubs, located on the east end of Long Island. The story goes that the association was in existence from 1935-1942. The association is "East End Sailing Association." So, I have several needs. First, I need to create a logo for the association, then design a t shirt. The first shirt needs to have the Association logo on the front, then the club logos on the back. The club logos need to be a club boating flag. So, I guess i need help creating the flags for each club too.

Target Market(s)

Men and women, any age. Boaters. people that enjoy a retro look. The association "existed" in the 1930's, so should have a deco look about it. The association was on Long Island so a New England flare to it.
