Bag and Tote Design Brief

We need an event Christmas shopping bag design for our 51st hosting of this event. One of the larger side of the bag will be what needs to be designed: 4 to 5 ethnic diverse professional ladies in movement of some sort shopping one of the ladies must be in US Army clothing (as we are in an Army town), others can be be in street wear or business wear; the scene must flow we don't want 4-5 ladies just standing around posing (hence in motion). Our primary colors are red, black and white any color can be use make as long as it looks good. A daytime background is preferred as it will be printed on a red bag. The ladies can be carrying items that have the logo JLF on it. Our event is for Christmas so some those items are welcome as well, we are not religious base so none of those items related to faith based.
