Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a construction/Building Company based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. We specialize in new homes, renovations & unit developments that are exquisite & stylish. Our company is called RAEKA DEVELOPMENTS, and our motto is BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE, we don't really have a colour scheme and are open to suggestions. We would like a logo that is simple but elegant.

1) icon + logo

2) Clean + minimalist + soft approach to the design that has an elegant/classy feel. This tone or appeal can be conveyed through your choice of fonts and icon design. Please avoid overly heavy font and icon that gives a masculine feel.

3) The meaning of RAEKA is beautiful, unique. Please use this to inspire your work specially the icon.

4) We are open to all types of icon (abstract, monogram, real objects, geometry) as long as it is elegant, clean, creative, and unique. If you can relate it to the business that will be great.

5) Sans -Serif fonts are preferred
