Web Design Brief

I'm looking for a new website, which I will be able to administer once complete which will list camera equipment for rental. There are some key features I would like which I have not been able to add on any proprietary site builders (see brief, reference to availability and booking system)
The website must have functionality to select products and check availability for their hire / rental. I would like the functionality to specify (for example), hire from 2nd to 9th, then the equipment arrival date will be 1st, return date will be 10th. See brief for link to similar page.
Website should be simple and quick to use.It should include FAQ page, to allow me to modify with questions . answers to limit the amount of questions I have to answer via email. I would also like a blog page to post videos made by or for our users.
I would also be interested in the functionality for users to upload their footage to a FTP site (or similar) for us to edit.
