Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company based in Houston called "Top One Investments". We are real estate investors, we buy houses, fix them and sell them. Our logo needs to be animated, catchy yet mature and simple. It needs to look good small to use for social media purposes, such as facebook and instagram. It also needs to look good big to be used on billboard in the future. Sum it up, the design needs to indicate we buy houses.

We would like to see the same designs in 2 different color schemes: black and white. blue and white.
