Logo Design Brief

I’m looking to get a logo designed to be embroidered on the top-middle centre of a neck tie. The tie will ideally be navy and the logo white.

Long story...but basically we envisage a circle logo - centred inside the circle logo is a cartoon bream fish (the species is important), in a hard taco, smoking a cigarette, with the words, in running writing, ‘Best Mates’ on the top side of the circle. No colour necessary, going for a cartoony look.

I’ve attached a photo of our mascot Steve aswell as another cartoon fish (however this fish is not a Bream) and also a poster which shows the font we are after for the text.
