Too underpriced.

In your opinion, what would be a more reasonable payment?

I don't want to guarantee it because this is my first time using this site, and I don't know if anyone will submit a suitable design. But if I get a good design I will certainly pay the designer.

The Budget for this project should be 300 USD for first place as you want some designed inner pages too.

If feasible kindly make it to make designers happy and to be fair with all of designers.
