Can you upload eps,ai or pdf file for CIS logo?

I uploaded a cut out of the CIS logo that was on the previous shirt.
The images are just there to help you guys and obviously to give a representation of our company, but feel free to get creative !

Very important. I haver uploaded two more exmaples photos to give and idea of what we want. I have also updated the brief description.
This is a message I got from my boss:
--I’m sending you a style of shirt I like so you can get the designer to create one similar for CIS, I want logos on the sleeves. A RAW version of our logo sideway on the side and writing on the back. Play with it a little.
