Card Design Brief

We are a commercial real estate association that is looking for assistance in developing marketing collateral for our grassroots marketing efforts.

These pieces of collateral will be utilized as leave-behind education/recruiting tools. We envision a folding card the size of (2) business cards connected at the ends. The idea behind this design is that it will "stand up" vertically, so that it will look appealing when placed on a desk.

Attached there is an example of the style of card we are looking for, however in the picture the card is standing up horizontally, we would like it to stand vertically.

Layout of the card:

Outside (Side 1) Portrait - We would like a very striking visual of possibly a skyscraper and the words "Stand Tall Houston" across it.

Outside (Side 2) Portrait - Simply our logo in the same style as the rest of project

Inside (Side 1 & Side 2) Landscape - Content is not finalized but the vision is to have (3) short points talking about membership to Houston BOMA.

Attached is an example of the type of custom card we are looking at getting, as well as our current logo. Color choices are completely open, but our standard colors in the past have been dark green, gray, and gunmetal. For this piece, it has been suggested that we utilize red more as that is typically the color of Houston sports teams.

• Project must be designed within the parameters of a standard business card (3.75 x 2.25) that are attached at the ends. See brief.

Should not have

• Houses, Apartments, or Homes. We only deal with Commercial Real Estate (office buildings, sky scrapers.)
