Flyer Design Brief

We are a commercial cleaning company based in London.
We are currently trying to grow our client base and would like a fresh, professional flyer that differentiates us from the competition. We mainly specialises in commercial cleaning such as offices, educational facilities etc. I would like to see a flyer design that look professional, unique not cheap. I have attached a file that contains some company details but Im happy to explore other options if thay are relevant. Please also find company logo and colour chart, this should remain as is.

I have attached some pictures that contain diamond shaped windows. I feel that this can be used to represent and incorporate the logo. Please add to flyer where possible.
