Logo Design Brief

I am wanting to create a person to add to my logo like the Jim's mowing logo: http://www-static3.spulsecdn.net/pics/00/35/89/98/35899827_1_S.jpg

It will have the same layout - wrapped around the logo on the right hand side so please make it the exact layout as the URL.
