Logo Design Brief

Floatopia is a new cutting edge business that is focused on natural therapies to aid in recovery from illness and injury. Based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, QLD Australia, The Sunshine Coast is home to many new cutting edged sporting facilities aligned with the University of the Sunshine Coast and its brand new state of the art hospital facilities. Floatopia's main focus is the latest innovative float tanks that can be utilized to aid in the healing of the body and of the mind. Floatopia will also have facilities for Yoga, Massage and other therapies.

We are looking for a smart cutting edged logo, there is already a lot of competition for us out there and we want to stand out from the crowd. The black and blue Floatopia image that is attached, is a design that we do NOT like as it is similar to what plumbers use.

We want tranquil, quiet but also innovative and cutting edge.

We are willing to look at logos that use just the name Floatopia or our both our name and an image.

For colours we like the subtle blues and greys that give a sense of calm.
