Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer to depict a contemporary recital theme, "This Way To Broadway..." for my 6th Annual Recital. I am looking for a Times Square "look" that is set in Detroit or has a "Detroit" Influence.

Here are some of the featured plays we are using: Phantom of the opera, Hairspray, A Chorus Line, The Lion King, The Color Purple, Pajama Game, Chicago, Bring In Da Noise/Bring In Da Funk, Motown The Musical, Footloose, Fame and more!
