Logo Design Brief

We are interested in a Logo for our Real Estate Firm. We are entering our 30th year in business and are family owned and operated. We have had a logo for many years and are looking for something a little more updated and fresh. Colors used are typically a blue/purple with a shade of green. Not totally stuck on these and open to suggestions, but colors have been associated since beginning.
