Logo Design Brief
We are a residential real estate team that is looking for a new logo that is current/up-to-date (modern) and portrays dependability, exceptional service and experience. I would prefer NOT to use typical/traditional real estate graphics such as roof lines and city scapes that can be seen in many stock photos. I also want it to be creative and incorporate negative space if at all possible into the design. I do not want this logo to look like every other real estate logo that is common.
We have home and property listings that range from $5000k-$2million plus.
Logo needs to be simple and unique but impactful. Logo will be used in print and web design. Font should look modern and easy to read. DO NOT want traditional looking fonts. It needs to be fresh and modern.
Our team is part of Century 21 but DO NOT have to mention them in our logo. Their colors are black and gold so I would prefer for the new logo NOT to be the same but can possibly coordinate. I'm open to two color combinations but will need a black and white version.
