Logo Design Brief

We are an electrical company who have bought a new building and are looking for a new logo design to use on signwriting, fleet, cards, stationary etc. I have attached logo designs which I like, simple and clean - nothing crazy suitable for vehicle logo design, building, cards etc.
The base colour of the building we have in mind is the dark shade of blue with accents of lighter shade blue & grey and white script?
Would like something that will not date - hence simple bold rounded font? Preferably caps with CURRIE but open to suggestions.
This is an opportunity for us to start fresh and new on relocation.
