Logo Design Brief

I'm a real estate agent, and I work with both buyers and sellers. I'd like a design that is professional yet fun/unique/creative because that describes me and my business. To give you an idea of what I look like... Most work days you can find me wearing a nice shirt, dress pants with sneakers (usually crisp, new sneakers) (Think Ellen. Also think- work hard, play hard or professional, yet approachable.) I'm not uptight, and I'm not sloppy or lazy. I take my job seriously, but I have a lot of fun along the way... and I care A LOT about my clients and want them to have an enjoyable, authentic experience. Home-buying(selling) is a journey, and I want my clients to feel taken care of every single step of the way; like I always have their back and also like I'll always be real with them. My design should convey a feeling of trust and loyalty. This is the biggest feedback I receive from clients. Most past clients say they knew right away they could trust me and that they felt I truly cared about them and their family throughout the home-buying(selling) process. This allowed them to be honest and authentic with me and allowed us to find the perfect home more easily. Being a real estate agent is about making dreams come true. It's about families and creating memories. It's about life. And I absolutely LOVE my job. (Even when it's a HUGE pain in the ass and there are inspection issues or mortgage problems, I love it.) I love solving problems, and I love making other people happy. So basically, when someone looks at my logo design they should feel like "Man, I can really trust this woman. She's gonna make this process as stress free as possible, and also make me and my family very happy. Plus she's cool, and we'll have some fun." I realize this is a lot of material to work with, but as a designer, I figure the more you know me, the real me, the better you can create a logo that suits me. Run with this however you choose. Have fun! Be creative! Colors should be warm, inviting, relaxing- like interior home colors, but feel free to be creative. Overall design should be clean/simple. Also (last thing, I swear) I really am different than most realtors. The biggest compliment I've received is "You're not like a realtor at all" which I translate to "You're not just trying to make a sale. You really care." So I'd really prefer something other than the regular run of the mill ;) THANK YOU!!

Requirements

Must have

• CREATIVITY & UNIQUENESS. I am energetic, fun and different... and I need my logo to reflect this.
• **This is not a must have- I'm just not sure where to put this info so here goes: The images I uploaded below are cool/nice. They are professional and neat. I'm not completely sure they're exactly what I want. They may be are a little too normal and serious for me, but then again they may be exactly what I want! In any event, I had to upload some images in order to get this thing rockin, so I uploaded those. Again, I encourage you to read about me and my business and be creative!! BIG THING - think unique/fun. Thanks!

Nice to have

• If you're going to go a shape route, I would prefer more abstract or simple/shape versions of a house or keys or other things related to home-buying (selling) that elicit happiness, but also I am NOT a design expert so I really trust you over me. Lol. Color-wise: I picked some on the wheel, but like I said in my description, relaxing interior design colors are best. Designs can include my initials, my last name, etc. No real rules... Also I'd like to have "No One Moves You Like Molinaro" as my tagline... So feel free to explore that as an option.

Should not have

• No cheesy cartoon characters or gaudy designs. For example, I think our NFL logos are the worst. (IE: the Kings logo below is horrible) But honestly, I am open to exploring options that you think suit me so I don't want to limit you too much. I am a big believer in trusting the experts!
