CD Cover Design Brief

Below is an outline of the design idea I have. I'm looking for something with a gothic feel/look to it.

A faceless man and 'The Ringmistress', are standing in the middle of a field, facing forward. The field is a field of roses, but they are all dead apart from one, which is still alive, and is a multicoloured rose. The Ringmistress is standing behind the man, her head over his right shoulder, arms around his chest, ripping open his shirt to reveal his heart on fire. The sky in the background is tinted red, full with a thunderstorm/lightning.

The Ringmistress and the man are characters I've used on previous artwork. I have uploaded some of those artworks so you know what they look like. In terms of The Ringmistress, I'd like her outfit to be less skimpy, and more like a traditional Ringmasters outfit, with a long tailed jacket etc. Leave out the hat, as the faceless man has one, I'd rather only 1 of them had a hat. And I'd also like it if she could have bright red hair.
I'd also leave out the umbrella for the faceless man.
