Flyer Design Brief
We are a distributor and retailer of Medical Grade footwear in Australia. we supply footwear from multiple countries which are all medical based design.
We need a an update to our existing flyer to create a new look and have the old flyers replaced with our own brand in Australia.
We need Flyer design which will be used for 3 different flyers which the text and pictures will only change.
The 3 flyers will be part of a design format for patient information packs and hand outs.
Once the main design of the flyer has been approved we will need the chosen designer to provide 3 different flyers will be using a single design format for the flyer text and picture changes only.
The 3 flyers will be titled as follows:
1. Diabetes.
2. Plantar Fasciitis (requires extra pictures see attached Planta advertising.
3. Arthritis
We like all designers to design their flyer design based on the Diabetes flyer which all information and images have been provided. Then the selected designer will change the text and images for the other 2 flyer and produce the printer quality to get printed.
The design specifications are as followed
- Purpose customer hand out flyer for information.
- One flyer layout to be used for 3 flyers with different images and text for information, but identical layout.
- The flyers currently exist as a design from our manufacturer the 3 old designs is provided as a guide only as we will be keeping a large proportion of the text (we have got permission from the manufacturer).
- The images in the flyers should be neatly presented we have suggested a type of look this is only for suggestion only we are looking for a great look design with the layout of the images of footwear, see attached old design.
- Our brand logo and the slogans which we use, should be used on the front of the flyer.
- The flyer must be simple and elegant, show our products (shoes) clearly and informative to educate the patient.
- Images which we like to insert into the flyer specifically shoe images for each flyer type is attached.
- The original 3 flyers have been attached as a guide we feel these look very old.
- Footwear technology design diagram and text attached which can be used at the back of the flyer in one of the flaps.
- 20 benefits of our footwear design is provided as PDF if this is thought to be of any use see attached.
- A large selection of footwear images provided to be used as the designer feels appropriate.
- A lay out of a single shoe and its different colours would be good if it dos not sacrifice image quality.
- Our target market are woman & man of the age of 60-85 years and above which have these issues. The recommenders to these patients are family in the age group of 30-50 and podiatrists in the same age group as 30-50.
- Our clinic names, address and phones should be all on the back page of the flyer (see logo with all clinics for current name, addresses and phone numbers). Our web page should also be prominent.
- The flyer design is for an A4 which is folded 2 times to make a DL flyer. Two of the flaps should be pictures of our footwear to highlife the products.
- One or 2 flap should be information listed for education purposes.

- We are seeking an elegant design which will last for 3 years is what we are aiming for.
- The chosen designer will be asked to do further works with the design as we introduce new information flyers 5 in total is planed.
- we require multiple formatting of the flyers such as .png/.psd/pdf etc for both printing and web page and email inclusion. Also high quality printing format with bleed marks.
- All pictures and text we have approval for printing and web usage as part of our master distribution agreement.
- Longer and more association with the best designers will be established and we seek their design in the upcoming pamphlets and catalogues of our product.
