Graphic Design Brief

Our software helps elderly people use the computer even if they are afraid of technology and have never used a computer before. We install the software on a Windows PC and our software holds a number of applications for basic tasks.

The software is old and needs a facelift to become more light and modern, and to avoid patronizing the audience. But the new design must still be "friendly", non-technical and make the user feel safe if he/she is a bit afraid of computers.

The screen resolution is 1600x900. This is not a complete redo of the software, so please avoid moving the buttons and other objects around.

We need your redesign of attached 6 screenshots (2 of which are the main menu). The rest of the apps we plan to do ourselves based on the winning design.
