T-shirt Design Brief

We are after a design for conference shirts. The shirts should represent the topic of this conference: IT, particularly Developers/Programmers, and this conference target specifically Functional Programmers.
The name of the conference is "YOW! Lambda Jam". The reason for its name is because 'Lambda' is a symbol that is the base of the Functional Programming; and 'Jam' are little workshops held during the conference.
The shirts will be for the attendees of the conference. They are a majority of men, between 25 and 40 years old.
