Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a mobile coffee van (with this logo being used for business cards, stationery, loyalty cards etc). The business name is "Dig My Beans" where the use if the word "dig" is based on my background as a mining engineer.
I envisage the logo as being made up of a short conveyor transporting some beans up to a small hopper that in turn will discharge into a grinder before ending up in a coffee cup with some water having been added. The coffee cup will have a small spiral of steam coming off it.
The theme colours for the business are coffee beans (copy of the coffee van attached) and the workers aprons will contain the picture shown attached on a navy blue apron. As such the logo could contain this picture and the colours used.
