Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new indian street food business in United Kingdom.
We are very passionate people of Indian street food, we want to serve vibrant and exciting flavours exactly what we get on Indian streets. We are planning to introduce our innovative recipes which are not easily available across UK restaurants.
We want introduce indian street culture where people socialise over food on every nukkad (street corner) of India.
As we all know nukkad (street corner)is a place where people socialise over food thela (kiosk), tea stalls , shopping or just to meet friends, we would like to see our log reflects that and our sign can be able to distinctly recognisable on UK streets.
A logo should be simple but effective and exciting. We are planning to open food kiosks , street food vans , festival food pitching and in future a restaurant.
