Card Design Brief

Hello - We looking for a flyer with a card that can be torn off at the bottom for our referral program. The flyer needs to be simple and can basically be business card on top of another with the following information. Look at the files I made a sketch of what I have in mind. We do need images that will fill in the space

Basically we are giving $20 to a person if they refer someone and then that person will receive $20 towards eyewear or an annual supply of contact lenses

The card should have name and email of who referred them along with text that states that they will receive $20 towards the purchase of eyewear or contact lenses

Must have

• Logo... definition of the program and a card for people to give out to friends and family. Please note this is for Mountain Eyeworks so use that logo. Also the barn or mountain of steamboat ski resort is nice
• Also do not use the text on Broken Glasses flyer that was for a different audience. Text can be found at the following address
