We need a logo designed for a brand new start-up real estate company to be franchised, starting in Sydney Australia.
Ideally looking for a design that emanates themes of chic, boutique, prestige, professionalism but also accessible to families and communities.
Due to the nature of the industry, the logo must by extension be able to be incorporated into sign boards for public display and promotion. (Sign Boards not part of design however).
