Hi Sir,
Thanks for the invitation.But before proceed I must say 2 things.
The project is non-guaranteed and we generally do not participate in non-guaranteed projects. So it will be great if you make your project guaranteed.

Second thing is that to get all the pages including home page I think you may need to increase the budget. Because the mentioned budget is fair enough for 1 home page and max 2 inner pages designs.
