Create logo for new company called Metronomy. Metronomy organises and operates electricity meters for business independant from the big suppliers. Its name is a combination of 'metering autonomy'. We want a corporate logo brand that implies strength and conservatisim. Its not a retail brand. The colour cannot be orange as that is associated with another brand.

Must have

• We are very brand driven organisation. We want the logo to encompass the conservative of the industry with an retro edge. Metronomy is of no interest to the end customer, it is of interest to the end consumer. Something that looks conservative with an modern edge on second glance.

Nice to have

• We don't have any ideas, but an industrial 1960's look and feel could be a starting point. we want to make the design clean and minimalist and feature the unique company name. We think the company name will be unfamiliar with most people, but we don't want to hid behind some generic image.

Should not have

• We want to differentiate it from our current company powerchoice.com.au. So the colours and style should NOT look that company.
