Logo Design Brief

We are a Canada based immigration company and going to launch our new website ircc.ca. We got a logo for the website through design crowd logo competition that we liked very much but can't use it as the logo has been used by another company already. So it was a fraud case and we had to discard the design. However as we liked the logo very much, we are attaching that logo with the description and would like to get a logo with the same feel.
