I can do this design excellently. But I want to know few things.

1) You have not given the size of the Poster.
2) You said 'no reference of 'Disco'. If so, there is no any dance? Please clear.
3) 'Entertainment' you have mentioned. What kind of entertainment? Please give details.
4) Drinks provided there. Hot or Soft, or both?
5) Music is there. There will be an Orchestra group or only Loud Speakers.
6) 'Night out' you have mentioned. So this takes place at night time I believe.

These things are needed for the design.

Hi Thanks for your question, I didn't realize I had left so much information out, The poster size will be 11'' x 17'' (28cm x x43cm). With the hope I can enlarge or slightly minimize at the printing stage.

Music will be provided by a DJ on stage with the use of the house speaker system, The only reason I had asked that Disco not be used as teenagers see that event for a younger or older crowd, I was hoping to use something a litter (cooler) to describe it.

At the moment the entertainment consists of a Rodeo Reindeer, Chocolate and Champagne Fountain (non alcohol), A fun photo Booth, or photography of some kind, as I haven't made a final decision yet, and adult face painting, not the tiger face kind for young children.

Just cold soft drinks will be served, consisting of cola, lemonade, some cordials and or fruit drinks as yet to be decided, also a glass of non alcohol champagne from the fountain on entry.

The event times will run from 19.00pm - 23.00pm

I have asked for event location and also a Facebook link to be put on there, could 'Contact Box Office( 01934) 417117' also be added in.

Christmas tree can be used, I''m asking for a poster that shouts out to teenagers as ''cool'' and'' I really want to go to that''. I am open to most options I just didn''t want it to look like a Christmas party poster aimed at 10 year old''s.

Nice to Have:
- Christmas Party, Photo of your night out.

Do you mean pictures of these, or are you saying you can have photos taken at the venue i.e. photos keyrings etc

I'll do a poster teens will want to come ;)

There will be a photo booth at the event and the teenagers will be able to get a fun photo of their night out. Hoping to be in a keyring but not certain on that part.
