Brochure Design Brief

I need to get multiple brochures made and looking for a design that we can roll across all brochures using the same template but with different content. We are looking to have one made initially and then if we like the design have all the brochures made. I have included some samples below. We only send these out as PDFS - they need to be A4 - would be interested in either landscape or portraint designs.
