Brochure Design Brief
Produce an eBrochure, +/- 18 pages (LOTS OF IMAGERY) for distribution to prospective buyers by email, but ability to print would be an added benefit.
This is a BUSINESS to BUSINESS communication piece, and should be presented in a PROFESSIONAL image, not a "consumer" communication which would be more lifestyle oriented.
The target viewers of this document are INVESTORS.

I will provide text. other photos are uploaded below. I attach a sample from another project of mine which would be a good guide. (not the same island) You can propose your design with lorem ipsum place holder text for the time being, I will upload text in the coming next days once I approve a general layout.
