Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for the Pinnacle project. We are a real estate development company getting ready to market and build 13 exclusive homes in a gated community adjoining the Great Hills Country Club in Austin Texas. The homes will be situated on hillside site with beautiful golf course and hill country views. Need the logo to be unique, classy an elegant. I have in the back of my mind the colors of black, gold and white but am open to any colors. Also wondered about some type of calligraphy? Please do not let my comments sway you away from something more creative.
