Logo Design Brief

I am opening up a store in Boston, MA and it is a bridesmaids, accessories and jewelry store. I really like the accessorized young woman figure as part of the logo and I want it to be whimsical and fresh. In the attached photo, I think her dress is too short but I like the Tiffany blue and silver as the color palette but open to other ideas! I'm also open to different fonts.
