Logo Design Brief

Hey Designers, thanks for your interest in my project!! This is our construction companies 10th year in business and I wanted to update our logo. I was thinking something on the lines of the Transformers logo just as kind of a general idea of the style I am looking for. Kind of that more blocky, tough looking font like the Transformers logo has.
I would like to modify and update our shield so it flows with the new font, kind of how the Transformer robot head goes with the Transformers font. I would like our shield to look more balanced and the whole new logo to be balanced and flow together nicely.
If any of the tools need to be removed for the shield design/balance, the helmet could be removed if necessary to drop it to 3 images. Although If it works with keeping 4 images, then we can keep the helmet or if necessary change the helmet to a different tool such as screwdriver or drill if it works better. Feel free to use your imagination to make the new shield look TOUGH AND STRONG as it is the main focal point of our logo so it is important.
I would like to see it in both a gunmetal/silver color as well as a shiny gold color like it currently is. Also laid out in a few different ways. Thank you everyone in advance for your help in helping us have the best construction logo around!
