To get the best designs may I suggest you increase your budget dramatically and guarantee it.

I'm new to this and was afraid to get no responses and be out the money. I really like the first design submitted... so far my first impression is solid. I'll likely post another job.

Would you say the majority of designers are from outside USA/Canada? I've worked with freelancers that charge much less per hour outside NA.

Your project is quite interesting, but you should really consider separating the project into identity design and brochure design.

Also, you should give more background information. Is the brand name Kodiak or Ostaco. Does Kodiak come from the name of the island? And what is it that you want to communicate as a brand?

And last, but not least, it will be nice to guarantee the project in order to get quality design submissions.
