Web Design Brief
Visually depict the Rolling-up and Drill-Down of Performance Metrics or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily and monthly basis.
The Design Request is to create the following
Daily Management Board summary with multiple alphabets/KPIs
A detailed view of a single Alphabet where Counter Measures (corrective actions) can be entered when the metric turns Red. In addition, detailed view should also include provision for displaying Graphs as to how the given Metric is trending over the course of the month.
