Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in New Zealand. We have developed an app which will make tax calculation easy and fast. The product is designed mostly for accountants who do tax planning sessions with their clients. This app will extract data from other accounting systems (currently from Xero) and will populate figures and estimation for users to work out their tax at that point. The goal is to make this app look professional, trust worthy, fast and sophisticated at the same time. We could like to see the colours blue (like Xero),or similar to professional accounting companies.
