Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new product 'Wham Guard'. Wham Guard is a special bumper designed to keep high end boats from getting damaged from bumping into dock support beams. Wham guard protects investments (boats) by making sure the boat can enter and exit the boat slip with minimal contact with supports. I have included a rough sketch of what we are thinking about.
The 'Wham' is italics-representing motion. 'Guard' is a regular/bold non-italic font, representing protection. '.com' needs to be added to the design. The triangular shape in the attached rough sketch represents the bow of a boat. As you can see the attached drawing is rough. We are open to other interpretations. The colors we would like to utilize are green and blue.
