Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo that incorporates an 'eye' as well as somehow getting in Curts Ocular Surgery (in some way) into the Logo. I had thought about using the C in Curts to be fashioned into a modern sleek, simplistic eye.

The institution focus is on ocular surgery and eye health.

This design would be on memos, cards, and referrals. Most would be in black so if color is used it must also look in monotone values

Note it is Curts (not Curtis )
