Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new advertising and marketing company in Canada. The company name will be Corner Lot, Corner Lot Marketing, Corner Lot Exposure or something along that line. We've chosen this name because most of our business will be with real estate and new development clients. A comer lot provides more exposure which leads to more consumers, strong brand following and ultimately, more clients and sales. The word exposure and expose will be key words in our ongoing advertising, but I think I would like to keep the name simple. I would like a clean logo with a modern font. I've provided an example of a logo that I liked in the past. Take this as a queue but let you imagination guide you. I have not decided on colours yet. I am thinking I may not go with the obvious choice of green.
