Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for an online wetsuit company called Surface Wetsuits. We sell wetsuits for surfers which have an in-built life jacket so that you stay on the water's surface (hence the name).
We want the brand to be the following:
1) Professional and perceived to be of high quality;
2) Fashionable; and
3) Surf.
A good example of a brand that matches our brand DNA is NorthFace as it conveys a sense of adventure without losing professionalism or reliability. We don't want tacky or kooky branding.
