CIS is a B2B company that provides turnkey “one stop shop” structuring and process solutions (“CIS Solutions”) to life (re) insurer partners, in respect of their existing blocks of business.

CIS Solutions enable life (re)insurers develop, structure, and deliver tailored in-force liability defeasance/exchange solutions directly to/with life insurer policyholders, that also deliver positive embedded value (‘EV’) to such life (re)insurers.
