Logo Design Brief
A collaboration between the municipal government and the local enviro group www.openstreetscalgary.com, Earth Hour has grown to attract over 500 people to bonfires, House music dance party and celebration of sustainabilty, all with the lights out and the outdoor are being lit and amplified using pedal power and green energy. We want there to be a modern simple design that we can build public awareness with over the next three years. Bikes, the earth, and solar panels are good, but even better would be an appealing design that shows a more sustainable culture for our city. Unplugged" can refer to candlelight dinners, turning off our screens, and disconnecting from dirty electricity.
