Logo Design Brief

''Barney's Gelato'' is a pop up Gelato cart named after my pooch - Barney; a Neapolitan Mastiff.

The logo is to incorporate the business name and a stencil/pop art style image of a Neapolitan Mastiff face and or body.

I will be using the logo for social media purposes along with plans to get the logo blown up and printed into a sticker format and placed on the cart, so the final logo design needs to take into account the space and shape we have to work with on the front side of the cart anywhere between the air vent and wheel along with being a sufficient resolution and suitable file.

The cart itself is a salmon colour so I want the logo to be colourful or white; either way it must compliment the cart, perhaps a baby blue/green would be a nice contrast?

Attached are the below files;

2x Gretas images. I have attached these files because I love the font combination. Perhaps 'Barney's' in font Bickham Script or Snell Roundhand or as close to 'Gretas' and 'Gelato' in font Andale Mono or as close as the other font used in Greats.

1x Neapolitan Mastiff image. This is the style I want the dog to be drawn in. This image is purely an example, and could be redrawn in a more appropriate way, perhaps more cheerful or more similar to Alice Oehr's style (as mentioned further below)

1x Cart Image. This is my actual gelato cart with myself and Barney my dog.

1x image of Gelato truck. Attached because I like how the word in angled and how it pops due to being outlined in white, I believe we could do something similar and also reversed so have white writing with a black outline? Just an idea again, I'm no expect at graphic design.

1x image of 'La Paleta' business cart. I love the playfulness the colours and overall design, designed by Kylie Thevenau.

1x image of birds by Alice Oehre. If Barney could be drawn like this that would be amazing.

• Neapolitan Mastiff combined with Text. Logo should pop when seen at markets etc. Alice Oehre inspired! I need to know the fonts chosen with the final submission so please do not hand draw the text.

Nice to have

• Colour. Wow factor. Alice Oehr!!! Patterns.

Should not have

• Not too much black
