To improve the user experience of our customers, we need a new design for our agent interface of our customer service platform (whatdesk.com).
The focus will be on the dashboard and the inbox screens (see attached) along with the common UI elements (Buttons, menu, fonts, forms...)
We want a simple and distinctive design
