Brochure Design Brief

Looking for a double sided DL flyer for marketing in visitor centres, receptions desks etc etc.

Business Name "Bogong View Motor Inn"

DL Size Flyer Flyer size eg 99.06mm Width by 209.97mm Height. Include bleed for printing.

We are a small country motel with 32 rooms, restaurant, yoga room, and swimming pool. We are located in the Alpine Country of Victoria. It is the mountain country of Australia - boasting a european feel country side, snow caps mountains in winter, stunning autumn (fall)season, and spring/summer holidays.

We like to use the slogan "discover the magic" to promote the beautiful area.

Our current business cards are a chocolate and white design, with 1950s twirls/texture. Open for this to be consistent with that OR a new fresh look.

The best place to look at the type of place would be our website www.bogongviewmotorinn.com.au

I would like it to include in a creative way - some photos of the motel - including a photo of the room, pool, and outside landscape.

If in some way we can factor in the four seasons, autumn, summer, spring and winter that could be good - but also want to keep it simple.

Would like the front side to be eye catching. And the backside to include our facilities, web, phone and email (not fax).
