Logo Design Brief

We need a catchy logo design for our new construction company based in Australia, called Uber Construction Solutions Pty Ltd. We plan to undertake projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors overtime but we are currently active in the residential area.
We would like to retain our existing colour scheme (black and blue) see attached file. We also have a slogan "Beyond Builders" that we will continue to use. The slogan does not need to form part of the logo but should definitely inform the messages the logo attempts to communicate.
We'd like a logo that makes good use of construction relevant symbols, e.g. triangles, arcs, skyline, although the winning logo may not include any or all of these so don't feel wedded to them.
We want to be able to use the logo on marketing materials, signage and administratively in letters, etc.
