Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my consulting business. I have been in business for a couple of years but am changing my business trade name. I specialize in supporting municipal governments in the areas of finance, accounting, policy development, strategic planning, and supporting communities to address issues of racism and discrimination.

I am looking for a minimalist design. Preferably in blue and grey colours. My work is a combination of financial analysis and social based policy and strategy services and as such, I have toyed with ideas where the logo image incorporates a combination of finances and people (see attached for initial ideas...but I am open to other designs).
